Miya is a 48-year-old woman. She was born in the United States of America in December 1972. Muhammad Ali, the legendary boxer and philanthropist, passed away in June 2016 at the age of 74. He was admitted to a hospital in Phoenix for respiratory problems related to Parkinson’s disease. On June 3rd, we lost an incredible sports icon who had won three heavyweight titles during his amazing boxing career.
During her Marchon FilmFest interview, Miya talked about her late father, especially his compassion for those in need. She said, “He was such a generous man and a people person. He absolutely adored children. He even worked for the United Nations as a peace ambassador.”
Meanwhile, Ali used to mention one of his favorite sayings, “What you do on Earth is the rent you have to pay in order to enter heaven.”

Ali has six half-sisters and one half-brother because of her father’s many romantic relationships. In 1964, her father got married to a cocktail waitress named Sonji Roi for the first time. But, their relationship ended just two years later in 1966.
After their divorce, Ali married his second wife, Belinda Boyd, a year later. They had four older half-siblings together: Maryum, who is a rapper and was born in 1968, Jamillah and Rasheda, who are twins born in 1970, and Muhammad Ali Jr., who was born in 1972.
Khaliah, Ali’s other half-sister, was born in 1974 as a result of her father’s extramarital relationship with Aaisha Ali. Ali got married to actress and model Veronica Porché for the third time. They had two daughters together, Hana and Laila Ali, who were born in December 1977. All the Ali siblings have a very close bond with each other.

In 1999, Muhammad Ali’s daughter started her first managerial job at IDT Corporation. She worked there as a manager of corporate affairs for about four years. After that, she moved on to The Estate at Florentine Gardens, where she spent a couple of years as a catering sales manager from 2004 to 2006.
Miya was then promoted to account manager at Master Food Brokers. In 2008, she joined the Park Ridge Marriott in New Jersey as a sales manager. After a year, she landed the same position at New York City’s Room Mate Grace Hotel.
